Our goal is to increase membership and bring women together to create a forum for African-American and Minority women to empower and educate themselves while inspiring other women. To create opportunities for women to network with other women. To pool resources of women's organizations and businesses of interest to women. To focus on leadership development for girls and teens. To bring women-owned businesses into the consumer spotlight.

Company Profile:

Spirit of Sisterhood Organization is a division of PYE ENTERPRISES created by Pamela Yvette Exum. The goal of the organization is to bring women together to create a forum for women to empower and educate themselves while inspiring other women. Although the focus is on minority women, all women are welcomed and encouraged to participate in activities and use the organizations resources. The organization seeks to create opportunities for women to network with other women and pool resources of women's organizations and businesses of interest to women. We have a special focus on leadership development for girls and teens. I feel the importance for women leaders to invest in the next generation of women leaders is significant. After all if we don't do it...then who will?

PYE Enterprises works with Jazzmyne PR, Legacy Publishing, Michael Baisden, Blue Ware Media, Avista Products, HappilySingle.com, PatriciaRudolph.com, Browne Studios, Embark Media, ALAYE Calendar and Napoleon & Company Inc. for a combined team of knowledgeable, experienced professionals. Specialized services include Marketing, Promotions, Publishing, Production, Internet, P.R., Streaming Media and other aspects of integrated marketing and special promotions to include product placement and opportunities to include TV, radio, print, media, charitable functions, appearances and live events. These companies place special emphasis on presenting positive images in the media that infuses pride in Black Heritage. While traditional forms of media such as radio and television throw out a blanket hoping to reach interested consumers, PYE Enterprises takes a more strategic approach to marketing. Targeted, innovative and effective campaigns yield powerful results. Our methods are designed to target the consumer groups most likely to buy your product in an environment where they are most receptive to your message.

I developed my expertise in marketing from an entrepreneurial background (that means that I was forced to develop marketing skills for my business to survive) and developed an interest in the web because - well it was fun (ok, truth is I couldn’t afford to pay the exorbitant fees a lot of the web development companies charged so I learned how to do it myself and discovered it was fun)!! I have had numerous professional memberships and associations including the "National Association of Female Executives," "Meeting Professionals International," CLIA - Cruise Lines International Association," "Screen Actors Guild," (yes, I'm an actor when I can get a job) "Calendar Marketing Association," "International Who's Who of Entrepreneurs," "NAACP," "USA Gymnastics," and the "U.S. Dance, Drill Team, & Cheerleaders Association" and others. Before the current projects I owned a Dance, Cheerleading & Gymnastics Center. My team the "All American Superstars" were 6x National Acrobatic Dance Team Champions. We performed all over the US including Disneyland & Disney World and were invited to Europe.

PYE Enterprises / Spirit of Sisterhood current certifications include SBE, MBE, WBE and AABE. I am currently serving on the Advisory Board for the Women's Small Business Expo. The director is my friend Linda Hollander aka "The Wealthy Bag Lady" who established Women's Small Business Month and is the author of the best selling book : "7 Success Secrets For Women In Business".

A little about me: Single; Christian; favorite colors-purple & pink, favorite books – (to many to name just one) but love the Bible, Curious George and Michael Baisden; favorite food –cooked by someone other than me; nicknames in school - Pammy, Pammy Perfect, Polly Purebread, Goodie 2 shoes; nicknames (or names people call me) now, sweetie, sweetiepye, sweet P, Sweet pea, Sugar, Baby, Babe, honey, sugar-pie, darling, darlin’, sweetheart, P, cutie, cutie-pie, dear, kiddo, baby doll, chocolate princess, doll baby, precious, I have probably left out a few, but I will pretty much answer to anything positive!

I believe that when we rise to meet the challenges presented to us, we end up becoming more than we ever imagined ourselves to be. Can one person really make a difference??? My belief is ABSOLUTELY! This philosophy keeps me involved with charitable organizations including:
